Ingredients
For the Slaw
  • 4 cups cabbage, julienned
  • 1/2 cup carrots, grated
  • 1/4 cup shallots, julienned
  • 1 cup red pepper, julienned
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, julienned
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh jalapeno, seeds removed
For the Dressing
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup seasoned rice wine vinegar
  • 1 clove minced fresh garlic
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine slaw ingredients. Toss to combine

  2. In a small bowl, add the dressing ingredients. Whisk to combine

  3. Pour dressing over slaw and toss well to coat. Enjoy!
