Ingredients
  • 2 Mangos, peeled and diced
  • 3 tablespoons red onion, minced
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed and minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir well to combine.

  2. Chill. Serve with chips or add to tacos or grilled meats
