Kow Pad (Thai Fried Rice)
  • 1 Clove of Fresh Garlic Minced
  • 3 Green onions chopped
  • 3 Celery Stalks Sliced Thinly on the Slant
  • 1 Raw Chicken Thigh Cut Up
  • 1 Egg Slightly Beaten
  • Black Pepper
  • Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 Cups Cooked Long Grain White Rice
  1. Saute' garlic in 1 Tbsp oil. Add chicken and brown. Add pepper to taste and celery. Add a few shakes of soy sauce and sugar. Create a hole in the center and fry egg. Lower heat, add rice and more soy sauce and pepper to taste. Add green onions last, serve.
