Tzatziki Sauce (Yogurt, Cucumber Sauce)

  • 6 ounces full fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cucumber peeled and seeded
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic minced
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  1. Grate peeled and seeded cucumber into a bowl. Add yogurt and minced garlic. mix together and season with a small amount of salt and pepper to taste. Let stand for a few hours or overnight in order for flavors to combine. Stir before serving.
