I just love the taste of sweet, ripe mangos. They can be used in so many different ways. They’re great for both sweet and savory dishes and they’re super healthy. This superfruit contains more than 20 different vitamins and minerals. Just one cup of mango contains 100% of you vitamin C intake for the day and 35% of daily vitamin A.

So, go ahead and eat those tacos and your chips and salsa. They’re healthy! This salsa goes great with plantain chips as well as tortilla chips. Try it with Trader Joe’s “Jerk Style” Plantain Chips. It’s Amazing! The spicy jerk seasoned chips are the perfect compliment to the sweet/acidic mango salsa.

Speaking of jerk seasoning, this salsa would be incredible with some jerk seasoned grilled chicken. Yum! Or serve it with these Slow-Cooker Pork Carnitas
